Cancellation Policy

This cruise is a full charter, for couples only. There are special payment and cancellation conditions of the organizer Operadora de Yates de Cancun S.A. de C.V.:

  • Cancellation till 02. September 2016 = US$ 150.- per person
  • Cancellation from 03. September 2016 to 01. December 2016 = US$ 250.- per person
  • Cancellation from 02. December 2016 to 01. March 2017 = US$ 500.- per person
  • Cancellation from 02. March 2017 to 26. September 2017 or no-show = 100%

Payment Information

  • Deposit on booking for cabins = 1000.- Euro per cabin
  • Deposit on booking for Suite = 3000.- Euro per Suite
  • 1st Payment of 25% to September 1, 2016
  • 2nd Payment of 35% to December 1, 2016
  • 3rd payment / final payment until March 30, 2017

Important Information

  • We strongly recommend taking out a cancellation insurance.

Taxes and Fees

Please note: our prices are transparent and sincere, we do not try to fool you with hidden costs or extra charges!
Some other companies display the cabin rate whitout taxes and fees, just to show you a "lower" price.
Our cabin rates include port charges, taxes, documents fees, gratuities, Administration & Security Fees.

  • All cabin prices include a fee of 350.- USD per person
  • All suites includes 400.- USD per person

Hotel Policies

The House rules are part of the general terms and conditions of Desire Cruises.
These rules apply, even if they are not specifically mentioned. To ensure that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy their stay at the Desire Cruise, we kindly ask you to respect the House rules. We also want to point out that you will see guests during your stay, which does not comply with the House rules. Either because they do not know the House rules or because they do not respect these rules. If the behavior of other guests disturbs you so much, we recommend that you contact the guest manager. Guests who do not comply with the House rules, run the risk having to leave the Ship. Please keep in mind, a refund, even partially, is not provided in this case.

  • Please wear appropriate clothing at all restaurants.
  • The Desire Cruise has created a friendly atmosphere on board of the Azamara Quest, drug use is strictly prohibited.
  • Because of the concept of Desire Cruise we ask you, to respect the other guests.
  • Picture taking or video recording in the public areas is strongly prohibited.
  • Please refrain from sexual activities in the public areas.
  • Please treat other visitors with the utmost respect, and remember the golden rule: No means No.
  • The Desire Cruise or Azamara Quest is not responsible for items lost from the safe.
  • The Desire Cruise offers a safe and open-minded environment where you can fully enjoy your Cruise. However, there is a firm company policy that all employees are strictly forbidden from interaction with the guests. Otherwise, the employee or employees risk losing their employment.
  • These house rules are set next to all rules and regulations that apply by Azamara Club Cruises.
