Cancellation Policy

This cruise is a full charter, group travel, for couples only. There are special payment and cancellation conditions of the organizer Operadora de Yates de Cancun S.A. de C.V. as follows:

• Cancellation up to 26th May, 2017 = $ 300.00 p/p
• Cancellation after 27. May 2017 = $ 350.00 p/p
• Cancellation after 9th September 2017 = $ 500.00 p/p
• Cancellation after 19th December 2017 = 100%
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail. The subject line should read: Cancellation Request.

Price information

• Prices may change! All prices are calculated according to daily exchange rates (USD / GBP) until the total price has been paid in full.
• The booked cabin can only be guaranteed if you pay the deposit of 1,000 USD for a stateroom cabin and 3,000 USD for a suite.
• Remaining payment until 19 December 2017
• If you make a booking after 19th December 2017, the cabin price is due in full at the time of booking.

Hotel Policies

The House rules are part of the general terms and conditions of Desire Cruises. These rules apply, even if they are not specifically mentioned. To ensure that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy their stay and experience at the Desire Cruise we kindly ask you to respect the House rules listed below. We also want to point out that you will see guests during your stay, which does not comply with the House rules. Either because they do not know the House rules or because they do not respect these rules. If the behavior of other guests disturbs you so much, we recommend that you contact the guest manager. Guests who do not comply with the House rules, run the risk having to leave the Ship. Please keep in mind, a refund of your stay price, even partially, is not provided in this case. The main House rules at the Desire Cruise:

• Please wear appropriate clothing at all Desire Resort restaurants.
• The Desire Cruise has created a friendly atmosphere on board of the Azamara Quest, drug use is strictly prohibited.
• Because of the concept of Desire Cruise we ask you to respect the other guests.
• Picture taking or video recording in the public areas is prohibited.
• Please refrain from sexual activities in the public areas.
• Please treat other visitors with the utmost respect, and remember the golden rule: No means No.
• The Desire Cruise or Azamara Quest is not responsible for items lost from the safe.
• The Desire Cruise offers a safe and open-minded environment where you can fully enjoy your Cruise. However, there is a firm company policy that all employees are strictly forbidden from interaction with the guests. Otherwise, the employee or employees risk losing their employment.
• These house rules are set next to all rules and regulations that apply by Azamara Club Cruises.

Important Information

• We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Taxes and Fees

• All cabin prices include the fee of 350, - USD per person, for all suites including 400, - USD per person. The fees include port fees, taxes, document fees, gratuities, administration & security fees..
